Are you kidding! Blaze is 'real-deal' and by that, I mean he's attentive, knowledgeable, accountable, organised, genuine and lastly, but by no stretch the least - he's caring. What a sweetheart! Anyone choosing Blaze to represent them as their listing and/or selling agent, has chosen very well.

Buying a home in Naples? Then Blaze is your guy!!! I have bought over 25 buildings/ homes in my career. Believe me no one has come close to the sevice that Blaze provided !! First thing he did was talk to me to find out what exactly I was looking for. Next he picked us up in the morning with a fabulous booklet made for us. Every house on the tour was what we wanted to see . That was great because we wasted no time on homes that were not of interest or out of our range and at the same time not less than we expected. Next was a great lunch and a discussion to eliminate properties to get focused, Once we decided that is where Blaze kicked it up a notch!! We were from out of town and knew of all the inspections and coordination of everything would be a challenge right?? Not true, Blaze had a list of contacts that were all very competent . He did it all, he met each one in our absence , gave emails of detailed reports from all. Then he did the follow up and handled punch list while we were 1500 miles away!! Settlement was flawless and we moved in!! Blaze was not finished!!! He keeps his phone on and has helped us with any question or little issue that has popped up. We all know that when something is new there are after the fact issues. Everything I asked he took care of even if it wasn't his responsibility !! This guy is a winner and a wonderful person !!
